Our verdict: 5.8/10
Olivaro is a real product sold through an established retailer, with a 60-day guarantee. The label is the weak spot. It lists 22 ingredients inside a 200 mg blend, plus a chromium dose of 0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the daily value. It is a dietary supplement. It is not a treatment for diabetes.
Read this first if you have diabetes
Many people find Olivaro while searching for help with type 2 diabetes. Nothing on the label or the official order page says it treats, cures or prevents diabetes, and the page’s own disclaimer says the opposite. Do not stop or change prescribed medication because of a supplement. If you take insulin, metformin or another glucose lowering drug, talk to your doctor before adding any blood sugar supplement. This one included.
Olivaro showed up in late September 2026, and the questions followed fast. Is it legit? Does it work? Is it Olivaro or Olivero? We read the official order page, the published label details, the returns page and the terms of service. We did not buy or test the product. Here is what those pages say, and where they disagree with each other.

What Is Olivaro?
Olivaro is a liquid dietary supplement that you take by mouth with a dropper. The official order page presents it as nutritional support for glucose metabolism, metabolic health and weight management, and says it is manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.
According to the label details the brand published, each bottle holds 30 ml (1 fl oz). A serving is 1 ml, so that is 30 servings per bottle. BuyGoods is the retailer and runs the checkout. The terms of service name GEX Corporation LLP as the operator of the site.
You will also see it written as “Olivero.” Same product, different spelling. The name on the order page is Olivaro.
The same label is also sold as Sugar Reset, in a 60 ml bottle at the same price. See our Sugar Reset review and our Sugar Reset vs Olivaro comparison. Sugar Defender prints the same label too, as our Sugar Defender vs Sugar Reset vs Olivaro comparison shows.
One more thing. Some ads and third party pages connect the product to a well known doctor. The official order page names no doctor at all, and we found no evidence of a medical endorsement.
Ingredients: What the Label Shows
We have not held the bottle. The details below come from the Supplement Facts information published in the brand’s launch materials, so compare them with the label when your order arrives.
| Component | Amount per 1 ml serving | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg (2% Daily Value) | Trials on blood sugar and weight used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day. Chromium supplements usually carry 200 to 500 mcg. This dose is a small fraction of that. |
| Proprietary blend | 200 mg in total | 22 ingredients share this amount. The label does not say how much of each. |
Here are all 22 blend ingredients, in label order. For each one we note what it is and the amounts researchers typically use. Keep the ceiling in mind: the whole blend is 200 mg per serving, so no single ingredient can exceed that. Our guide to proprietary blends shows how to estimate the most each ingredient can contain.
| Ingredient | What it is | Amounts used in studies |
|---|---|---|
| Maca root | Peruvian root vegetable, studied mostly for sexual function in small trials. | 1.5 to 3.5 g a day |
| Grape seed extract | A source of polyphenols, studied for cholesterol and blood pressure. NIH says the findings are not definite. | Doses vary between studies |
| Guarana seed | Amazonian seed and a natural source of caffeine. | The caffeine content is not stated on this label |
| African mango seed | Seed extract tested in a few small trials for weight. NIH rates the effect as possible but modest. | 300 mg to about 3 g a day |
| Eleuthero root | Also called Siberian ginseng. Most rigorous studies found no effect on performance. | 800 mg a day in one small trial |
| Astragalus root | Root used in traditional Chinese medicine. NIH says the evidence is not sufficient for any health condition. | Grams a day |
| Green tea leaf | Catechins plus some caffeine. NIH describes any effect on weight as small. | 141 to 1,207 mg of catechins a day |
| Gymnema leaf | Ayurvedic herb and the best known blood sugar ingredient on this list. Few well designed clinical studies exist. See our gymnema dosage guide. | 200 to 400 mg of extract a day |
| Coleus forskohlii root | Source of forskolin. Three small trials found no change in body weight. | 500 mg a day of a 10% forskolin extract |
| Capsicum | Chili pepper extract. A recent trial found people ate slightly less, with no change in body weight. | 2 to 4 mg of capsaicinoids a day |
| Grapefruit | Citrus fruit. Known for interacting with several medications. | Not a dosed ingredient in research. See the note below |
| Panax ginseng (aerial parts) | Ginseng leaf and stem. Research mostly uses the root, and NIH calls the blood sugar evidence inconclusive. | Root preparations. Doses vary |
| Raspberry ketones | Aroma compound from raspberries. Studied only inside mixes with other ingredients. | No amount established |
| L-glutamine | Amino acid used in gut and exercise research. | Tens of grams a day |
| L-tyrosine | Amino acid. A building block for dopamine and thyroid hormones. | Grams a day (100 to 150 mg per kg in studies) |
| L-arginine | Amino acid involved in blood flow. | 2 to 20 g a day |
| Beta-alanine | Amino acid used for exercise endurance. | 1.6 to 6.4 g a day |
| Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate | Sweet compound from licorice, often used as a flavoring. | Used as a sweetener, not for an effect |
| GABA | Calming neurotransmitter, sold for relaxation and sleep. A 2020 review found limited evidence for stress and very limited evidence for sleep. | Mostly 20 to 100 mg, up to 300 mg |
| L-ornithine | Amino acid tested for stress and sleep in one small trial. | 400 mg a day in that trial |
| L-tryptophan | Amino acid the body turns into serotonin. | Grams a day |
| L-carnitine | Compound that helps move fat into cells for energy. Trials show a small effect on weight. | About 2 to 4 g a day |
Do the math. 200 mg split across 22 ingredients averages about 9 mg each. Compare that with the right hand column. Most of these are studied in hundreds of milligrams or in grams.
Two ingredients deserve a note. Guarana and green tea both contain caffeine, and the label does not say how much ends up in a serving. Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate comes from licorice. NIH warns that glycyrrhizin, the licorice compound behind it, has been linked to serious heart effects in large amounts or with long use, and that people with high blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions are more sensitive. The amount here is not disclosed.
Three of these can matter if you take prescription drugs or have a thyroid condition. The FDA says grapefruit interacts with some statins, some blood pressure drugs and several other medications. L-tyrosine is not advised for people with an overactive thyroid or Graves disease, or for anyone taking MAOI antidepressants. L-tryptophan is not recommended alongside many antidepressants. The amounts in Olivaro are not disclosed and are probably small. Ask your pharmacist anyway.
Other ingredients: glycerin, water, lemon extract, stevia, xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors.
Does Olivaro Work?
There is no published clinical study of Olivaro itself. That is normal for a product this new. It also means every benefit claim rests on research about single ingredients, usually at much higher doses.
Chromium is the only ingredient with a stated dose. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements describes the research on chromium and blood sugar as inconsistent, and the trials it covers used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day. Our chromium for blood sugar guide explains what those trials found.
So what can you expect? A liquid supplement with small amounts of many plant extracts and amino acids. We cannot tell you it will change a glucose reading. Neither can the label.
A practical detail: the suggested use is one or two droppers a day. If a dropper holds about 1 ml and you take two, a 30 ml bottle lasts closer to 15 days than 30. The label does not state the dropper volume, so measure it once.
Pricing: What You Will Actually Pay
| Package | Per bottle | Total | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles (60 days) | $79 | $158 | + $9.99 |
| 3 bottles (90 days) | $69 | $207 | Free |
| 6 bottles (180 days) | $49 | $294 | Free |
Prices checked on the official order page on October 7, 2026.
You cannot buy one bottle. The smallest order is two, so trying Olivaro costs $167.99 with shipping.
The order page shows a “you save $780” badge on the 2-bottle package, next to a crossed out $358 and a total of $158. Those numbers do not add up. Ignore the savings badges and look at the total.
The order page does not mention a subscription. Read the checkout screen anyway, and screenshot your total before you pay.
Guarantee and Refund Terms
Olivaro advertises a 60-day money back guarantee. The catch is that three of the brand’s own pages describe it three different ways.
| Page | When the 60 days start | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Order page | Not stated | Says to contact support if you are not satisfied after at least 30 days of continuous use. |
| Returns page | The day the order was placed | Return all bottles, opened or empty, with the packing slip. You pay return shipping. Processing takes 5 to 10 days. |
| Terms of service | Delivery | Return the bottles, even empty. Refunds are processed in 3 to 5 business days. |
Which one applies to you? We do not know, and that is the problem. Before ordering, email support and ask which terms cover your purchase. Keep the reply, the packing slip and every bottle.
The terms of service also say disputes go to binding arbitration under the law of Barbados, and that buyers cannot join a class action. That is unusual for a product sold to US customers. Worth knowing before you spend $294.
Olivaro Reviews and Complaints: What We Found
Short answer: almost nothing independent yet. The product is only weeks old. Most “Olivaro reviews” in search results are paid press releases or pages run by sellers, and many say so in their own fine print.
We found no Trustpilot profile under the official domain. That is not proof of a clean record. There is simply not enough history to judge.
We will update this page when real buyer feedback appears. If you bought Olivaro, tell us how delivery and the refund process went.
Safety and Who Should Avoid It
The label tells pregnant or nursing women, anyone under 18 and people with a medical condition to check with a physician first. Take that seriously here. The people most drawn to a blood sugar supplement are often the ones already on medication.
Talk to your doctor before using it if you:
- take insulin, metformin or another glucose lowering medication
- follow a diabetes care plan
- are sensitive to caffeine, since guarana and green tea are in the blend
- have high blood pressure, because of the licorice derived ingredient
- have an overactive thyroid, or take antidepressants or any drug with a grapefruit warning
- are pregnant or nursing
Stop and get medical advice if you feel shaky, dizzy or unwell after taking it.
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Like all dietary supplements, Olivaro is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Final Verdict: 5.8/10
Olivaro is not a scam in the sense of a fake product. You pay, a retailer you can identify processes the order, and a bottle is supposed to arrive. It loses points on what you can verify before buying. The doses are hidden, the one disclosed dose is tiny, and the refund terms contradict each other.
Who might still try it: adults without a medical condition who want a liquid supplement and accept the unknowns. Start with 2 bottles and get the refund terms in writing.
Who should skip it: anyone looking for a diabetes treatment, anyone on glucose lowering medication without a doctor’s go-ahead, and anyone who wants to know exactly what dose they are taking.
Our verdict: 5.8/10. Try it only with your eyes open.
